need rocommendation on emerged pump/PH

Hi there, anyone has any recommended on powerheads/pumps that could be used emerged. I needed one that is about 1000l/hr flowrate.

The one I know is eheim 1250, but that is too bulky. The lower in line is too slow in flowrate.

Anyone has any to recommend?

I've a Dolphin Powerhead with OHF that I am willing to let go on the cheap. Not too sure about the flowrate though. Let me know if you are interested.

PRO3 - it has a 1100 litre per hour flow rate and consumes small wattage. It is French I think, and need some DIY as it does not come with a basket for the inlet. I use accessories from Dolphin 808 set (costs $11) to DIY.

Pal, you mean the brand is PRO3? Any idea what's the size like? Similar to Eheim1048 or Sicce idra?

Need it to be small and light as I'll be bending acrylic sheet to hang it just above the water level just enough for it to suck the water up.

You may want to try Atman brand. They have different models for different flowrates. I just bought one yesterday for 2.200 l/hr. Very affordable, around S$22.

Ah, sorry misunderstood you. Ok. I am using an emerged pump. Photo included. Not sure about the brand, but will check for you tonight. The flowrate is however very strong - 70 l/min. That comes up to 4,200 l/hr.

Sorry, I was away on a trip.
PRO3 is a submerged pump. It's a little big in comparison with the Sicce idra, something like the size of the Dolphin 808 pump. I can't find a pic on the net. It's probably not what you are looking for, becoz it doesn't work above the water.

I've decided to use the eheim. Have just set it up and it's running with the chiller well. Hope it stay this way.
