Was doing some surfing and I came across some information regarding a new Betta species.
Betta aurigans Tan & Lim, 2004
Found on Pulau Natuna Besar of the Natuna Archipelago ( Indonesia ).
Literature Reference:
Tan, H. H. & Lim, K. K. P. 2004. Inland fishes from the Anambas and Natuna islands, South China Sea, with description of a new species of Betta (Teleostei: Osphronemidae). The Raffles Bulletin of Zoology, supplement No. 11: 107-115.

Michael, not exactly that crazy. My interests are varied but more strongly into Corydoras and killifish. :) I do keep Bettas from time to time, provided they're affordable enough for my liking. Got a trio of Betta coccina that aren't doing anything.. yet. :help: They've been gorging themselves crazy on tubifex, live bbs, adult bs, live bloodworm and on occasions daphnia but they're just not interested.
