I dun quite understand. I have to be a member, then I will get the journal "for free"? So anyone can be a member dun need to be a real ichthyologist? :scratch:

Then they ask "Institution" I can just say N/A ? or sekali kena rejected?

I think can one lah. There are lots of non-scientist members in ASIH (which publishes Copeia). This one should be the same.
Anyway you learn by trying mah.
