Anyone knows how to go to Rainbow Pet and Aquarium Centre?

Which part of AMK are you in?

Rainbow's next to Petmart, area of Yio Chu Kang/AMK Ave 3 and Serangoon North Ave 1.

I'm in Ave 4, and I remember vaguely I went there by taking a bus from the amk mrt area.

Tried searching in the bus guide, can't really figure it out. I know there is one bus that goes all the way there, and stops directly opposite the bird shops that are also abundant there.

bus no.73 from amk interchange.

AMK MRT station is at the junction of Ave 3 and 8, so whichever bus goes straight along Ave 3 and doesn't turn off before Yio Chu Kang road, you should be quite safe. :p

Wait, what direction do I take them from? Assuming i'm at the bus stop at AMK MRT, the one near the police station.

Then from the train station's side, towards Yio Chu Kang Road. :p

So many buses, so many shops, so little time! :D

If you are starting from the AMK MRT, don't bother crossing the road. Go to the crowded busstop at the left of the Cheers convenient store, and take 25, 76, 74, 165...

it's very fast from AMK station. just about 5-6 stops. so keep your eyes open on when to stop. If not, can get the bus-captain to alert you when he gets to the bus-stop at Serangoon North Ave 4.

last time this bus 76 can go LFS run one.... start from AMK Ave 4 (Lam Hong shop), then PetMart/Rainbow/Heisenberg, then end at Paya Lebar Road (the old Aquamart).... now no more liao.....

After the junction of Ave 10 (see shops on your left and diagonally opposite further away on your right), look out for the French school on your right... and I think AMK Industrial Park 2 on your left. Next stop should be before a traffic junction and the stop opposite the birdshops is just at the overhead bridge.

- junction of Ave 10 and 3, shops on right.
- French school on right, opposite AMK Industrial Park 2 on left.
- bus stop before traffic junction.
- bus stop at overhead bridge opposite birdshops.

If you miss the stop, the bus will pass Yio Chu Kang Road. Just alight and walk back as it's not very far. :)

I take that route almost every day.

From AMK MRT station, just walk to the bus stop and you can take the following buses: 25, 74, 76, 132, 165. You can also take 73 but it turns left just one bus stop before the one you should alight.

Alight at the 6th bus stop and you should seeing an overhead bridge and some low flat/ shops across the road.

Cross the overhead bridge and walk down the little stairs. Follow the pavement on your slight left and walk all the way straight. After a small road, in front is Rainbow. :)
