There's a shop selling 2.5ft + cabinet + filter + lights for less than $200.
For cabinet, heard there're 5 colors to choose from..
forgot the name of the shop..
it's near the junction between telok kurau and changi.. coming out of telok kurau road, turn left into small carpark in front of the shops.
juz a good lobang to share. :)
