Quite a good stock of fish, plants, equipment, hamster.

Used to buy lots of Malawi and Tanganyika cichlids from there. A good place to find feeder fish too. Used to be opened until midnight, now I think it close earlier.

I've been to the shop for more than 10 years already............IMHO, they do have lots of accessories and well kept fishes........however, the prices are higher than most lfs. well, big shop, high rental, good upkeeping of fishes sometimes make visiting the shop worthwhile.........afterall, it is one of the better lfs in the east. would still visit them once a month.

Let's just not get carried away. :)

Back to K & K... I used to go there quite often when I first started keeping Corys. It's the only LFS where I could find bunches of big/tall Java ferns tied to driftwood (not too huge chunks). Heard they brought them in from Malaysia.

They used to carry stocks of pretty handy porcelain/clay decors which I used as Plecs' hideouts.

they got their plants from pasir ris farmway, the big plants farm where they tie alot of plants to a lot of wood. bumped into the young boss at the farm, the guy who's on TV b4, often wearing shades.
