Oista surface skimmer

Where sell the cheapest in the East area? I'm very pissed off with my current oista surface skimmer....it like got stuck and can't turn even when i put in hot water hoping it will expand abit so i can turn but not....urgent pls help:(

Think u juz need to meddle around with the current one u haf now. All surface skimmer works the same way.
Can tell wat's the problem here and maybe we'll try to help solve it. :)
