what yeast to use for DIY CO2?

should I use the packet instant yeast type, or the frozen type from Cold Storage?

Must be dried pelleted form.
U see the article here on DIY Co2 , bought that bottle of yeast from Cold Storage one :)

Maybe what u talking about is instant yeast.

Any brand will do. They are all the same - Saccharomyces cerevisiae :)

bingyuan, i used baker's king instant yeast and No Problem. It still works. But the instruction say once open keep refrigerated...i did not...what will happen?
