CO2 bottle - is bigger better?

by using those 5 litre bottles used to store cooking oil, adding more sugar and yeast, does that means longer life-span of generator?


or is it more CO2 will be release at the same life-span?

more sugar to increase the lifespan while less yeast to control the rate of production.
