depend on models, liberty is 2 years only i think.

Far as I can recall:

Ecco - 2 years
Pro II - 3 years

Leafhorn, Liberty 2 years? I didn't even take note on the date I bought my 2 Liberty!!! :bangwall:

Does it matter if the shop you purchased it from didnt engrave it like what Petmart normally does when you purchase Eheim filters from them ?

Art, C328 doesn't engrave the 3 canisters that I got from them so far. They just said, "Anything, bring back."

I used a permanent marker to write the dates, myself. :p

I think better to check with the LFS when you buy. Maybe sometimes they just forget... ;)
