anyone's been to Ben's today? i saw some "new" corys last evening:

c. gossei - $8 :o
and another one with no name, also same price.

trying to confirm name of the "unknown one"... :)

also saw c. similis $6.

anyway the most i can buy any corys is after i get my pay check which is.. oh in a week time *bonching boncing*

darkwolf, like i said, i was not there to buy fish ah! :o but ended up spending big $, all becos i asked ben to catch that albino sterbai for me (i was feeling lazy) and then he went, "take one lah, or take two lah, take three lah!" :|

till today, i'm still counting them, everytime i sit in front of the tank! :P

and worst, only remembered the next morning, what i was there for - supposed to buy anti-chlorine ah!!! :roll:

and... still don't know what corys they are... :roll:

Haha it is normal. Though i had kept fish for so many yrs, i still cannot hold myself back when there r gd fishes around. It is not that i want to overcrowd my tank but the thought of waiting the next shipment really put me off so JUST BUY FIRST then after that, have a really hard time thinking where to keep them. What to do? That's y i wonder what is a serious fish hobbyist thought??? Changing water is satisfying, getting more tanks is 'horrifying' (FOR ME esp where there is a BARRIER) but buying fishes it is definitely addictive than heroin. :) hahaha

:P cloud, if you happen to buy corys and don't know where to put, just advertise here that they're up for FOC adoption and i'm sure they'll be many very helpful members responding! :P

in those "unknown" corys' case, ben/tb said he's not :? going to bring in anymore. brought those in only becos someone asked him to! :roll:

:( i'm already stopping myself from going to lor halus, cos sure to buy something. always thought since already traveled all the way there, buy 2 otos also good! :lol:

The unknowns are cory loxozonus.

My next target is cory leucomelas and elegans, I only have one of each and want some company for them. :P

of course i didn't pay him $8 for the loxozonus, lah! i took 5 leh! some more not very willingly... :P

but he did charge me full price for the albino sterbai, which i was very very willing to get! :D

but i'm very happy with the loxozonus cos they're very nice and active. :D
