What african is this?

Could someone tell me if this is a Trewavase or Mbuna? Is it a common african cichlid?

Is the reddish tint due to the lighting or is tat the coloration of the fish ?

The body is purple and the fins are red. Wondering if it is a trewavase red top?

Hi eZion,
From the mouth structure, its definitely not the Lab. Trewavase.
From the colour description, most likely its a Maylandia Greshakei or Ice Blue Cichlid.

Thanks, anyway I gave the fish away to another guy at arofanatics on Friday night as it is the odd one out in my collection of cichlids. Not good for it to continue living in their soft water parameters.
